CIO Times has named Clear Measure in its annual listing of the Top DevOps Consulting Service Provider To Watch In 2026. The edition includes a feature story on Clear Measure and our CTO & Chairman, Jeffrey Palermo, titled “Clear Measure: Guiding Businesses to Turn Mission-Critical Software into a Foundation for Lasting Success.”
The story covers how Jeffrey’s more than 30 years of building software shape our work with enterprises that need to strengthen how their mission-critical applications are built, deployed, and managed. It walks through the methodology from his book, The Five Pillars: Leadership for Effective Custom Software: Create Clarity, Establish Quality, Achieve Stability, Increase Speed, and Optimize the Team.
It also describes our AI Software Factory, where AI works inside an end-to-end automated system with testing, quality gates, repeatable deployment, and clear architectural boundaries. As the feature puts it, “AI creates meaningful value only when its output can be verified as quickly as it is produced.”
The story shares examples from client work, including a project completed in six weeks that had originally been scoped for 26, with the labor budget reduced from $875,000 to $202,000. It also covers how we work alongside client teams so they can manage their systems and deployments with confidence after an engagement ends. In the feature’s words, an engagement “should end with the client’s strategic position measurably stronger and the client in control of the practices that made it stronger.”
We’re grateful to CIO Times for the recognition and for the chance to share how we approach software delivery.
