“Clear Measure was with us before we launched. From the time we initiated the project with them to launch was four months. And it was a rapid evolution of idea to conception to reality. And they were a critical part of that.

Marlette was founded five and a half years ago to provide consumers with a frictionless personal loan experience that would primarily enable them to get out of debt, or at least to get on a path to get out of debt. Customer can apply and get a loan in as little as 15 minutes. Since then, we’ve expanded beyond debt consolidation and getting out of debt to other purposes.

So we have consumers who take loans out for weddings, medical expenses, home improvements. We don’t limit to any one purpose, but we’ve expanded our marketing base to bring in customers from all over. Over these last five years of working with them, I’ve come to rely on them as a critical part of my organization.

Even though they aren’t direct Marlette employees, they are definitely a fluid part of our team and a critical part of everything we do going forward. The great value in our relationship with Clear Measure is its two-way nature.

It’s not a one-way relationship where we just bark orders at them and they fulfill what we ask for. We rely on them for feedback, ideas, creativity, how better to serve our customers.
