“We’re the world’s largest credit counseling agency. We’ve been servicing clients for over 50 years. We’re in the business of helping people and the way that we do that is through financial services, financial literacy, financial education.
We recently experienced a catastrophe in our data center. A natural disaster wiped out our data center entirely. And while we didn’t have any interruption for our services for our clients, we did have a bit of a scramble for our IT department. to get things put back together the way that they were before.
